Online Returns Policy

FYR 7® top priority is our customer satisfaction. You may return your online order up to 14 days after receipt. To return your order please proceed as follows:

STEP 1:​
Pack the item(s) and ensure that they are in the condition in which they were received, are unworn and returned within their original packaging.

STEP 2:​
You can register your return by sending us an email at info@fyrseven.com for us to be able to track your return or exchange.​ Tell us in your email your online order number and the reason for return.​

STEP 3:​
Return the parcel according to the instructions of your chosen return carrier.

STEP 4:​
Keep the proof of return postage.​

STEP 5:​
Allow approximately 14 working days for the return process. Once your online return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation email and the refund will be processed. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account. You can track your return parcel with the link provided by the return carrier. ​
